Alameda County OES provides a suite of tools to support Operational Area partners, including cities, special districts, county departments, and public safety agencies, in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from emergencies. These platforms enhance coordination, improve situational awareness, and ensure a unified emergency management approach across the County.

Virtual Emergency Management Platform

Alameda County’s utilizes a secure, cloud-based emergency management platform used for real-time information sharing, incident coordination, and resource tracking. The system supports EOC operations, situational reporting, planning, and Operational Area coordination. 

Access is limited to authorized Operational Area partners and requires individual login credentials. 

AC Alert – Countywide Emergency Notification System 

AC Alert is Alameda County’s official emergency notification system used to send critical information to residents, agencies, and response partners. The platform enables public safety officials to distribute timely alerts related to evacuations, hazards, road closures, and other emergency conditions. 

AC Alert partner access is restricted to approved agencies and requires login credentials and completion of system training. 

Evacuation Zone & Decision Support Platform

The County’s evacuation zone and decision-support application, used to identify affected areas, support evacuation planning, and coordinate protective actions during emergencies. The platform provides real-time mapping, zone-based notifications, and tools designed to enhance situational awareness across the Operational Area. 

Access to the Operational Area partner portal requires authorization and agency credentials.
