Accessibility Statement

Alameda County is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards. 

Conformance Status

Alameda County is utilizing the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as the standard for developing new webpages and updating existing content. 

Content that has not yet been updated meets Section 508 standards. As new webpages are created and existing pages are revised, these standards will be applied to ensure full accessibility over time. 

Accessibility standards cannot be guaranteed for third-party content or external links.
